These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern all orders placed on this website (the "Site"), operated by Yspera. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

2. Products
We offer fine jewelry crafted from materials including gold vermeil, sterling silver, stainless steel, moissanite, cubic zirconia, and freshwater or baroque pearls. Each product page lists its materials, dimensions, and care details.
Because many pieces use natural materials such as pearls, slight variations in shape, color, and size are normal and are not considered defects. Product photography aims to represent items as accurately as possible, but minor color differences may occur due to screen display settings and lighting.
Moissanite pieces are shipped with an official certificate of authenticity where indicated on the product page.
3. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your region and are shown before any import duties or taxes that may apply to international orders. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price applicable to your order is the one confirmed at checkout.
Payment is processed securely through our payment provider at the time you place your order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Your order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully authorized.
4. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing your purchase. This confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order, but only confirms that we have received it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, or unavailable stock, in which case you will be notified and fully refunded.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 business hours of confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country upon arrival. These charges are not included in the order total and are your responsibility.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are unworn, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. To start a return, please contact us at bmpm.immo@gmail.com.
For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened, unless the item is defective or does not match its description. Custom, engraved, or made-to-order pieces are final sale unless defective.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within a reasonable time. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
7. Warranty
Every piece is guaranteed against manufacturing defects. If you believe your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us at bmpm.immo@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper care, or damage resulting from exposure to water, perfume, lotion, or other chemicals. We recommend removing jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, or applying cosmetic products, and storing pieces separately to avoid scratching.
Where applicable under the law of your country of residence, this warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory legal warranty rights as a consumer.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including product designs, photographs, text, and logos, is the property of Yspera or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yspera shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably may be submitted to the competent courts, or, where applicable, to a consumer mediation service.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal or operational reasons. The version in effect is the one published on this Site at the time of your order.
